NURTURE * RELEASE * HEAL * REPLENISH * CONNECT * TRANSFORM

So what happens during a treatment?
Essentially, I am a massage therapist, but deep down, this isn’t just massage. This massage therapy uses some of the principles of Eric Berne and his teachings around Transactional Analysis. Couple this with massage and the treatment is then transported into a very different realm; one of transformational bodywork.
Bringing together the power of touch with clear communication, this creates a massage treatment that can support clients who know they need ‘something’ to be able to make changes in their lives, but don’t necessarily want to go down the road of talking therapies.
Through receiving a bespoke therapy session, clients can...
* begin to feel more comfortable in their own body & in themselves.
*make changes.
*connect to themselves.
*heal and feel better.
*start to understand their bodies when things hurt and go wrong.
*acknowledge and witness their own stuff, allowing them to use their own instincts to be able to move forwards and make changes.
Sometimes, it may be challenging to express what it is you want. I can support you in that; I will create and hold the space for you without judgement or impatience whilst you work your way through it. Often there are tears, pockets of laughter, silence, stillness, anger, giggles……it’s all part of the process and I will support you each and every step of the way.
Clients learn to really say what they want and then receive it. This begins to be reflected outside the treatment room.
My role is to:
• Hear you
• Reflect back
• Give you space and time
• Find out what you DO want not what you don’t want
• Give you the treatment you have asked for with the most effective & experienced touch I can with respect and nurturance.
The Bespoke Therapy Session is built and designed using all the tools in my therapy toolbox, for example, reiki, fascia release, deep tissue, Thai foot massage, pregnancy massage, crystals etc
The sessions can also be carried out as a stand alone treatment, for example, an hour of reflexology or an hour of reiki.

Who I work with.....
I work with those who would like to receive massage therapy and who are aware of their physical, mental or emotional discomfort and who wish to make changes but don't think counselling, traditional talking therapy or sports massages are the best options for them.
I work with individuals who wish to gently relieve tense muscles and postural issues in order to connect with their associated emotions.
I work with clients who want to connect with themselves.
I work with clients who want to commit to themselves to be able to make changes.
I work with clients who wish to explore how to feel empowered.
I work clients who are having a hard time defining who they are.
I work with people who want to take the time to learn about who they are and choose the best course of action for themselves.
I work with clients who want to feel nurtured, replenished, rebalanced, and healed.
I do not decide on what treatment is best for you on my own, we will discuss this together and work it out. Saying "do what you want, or I'm not bothered" will not result in the best treatment for you.
I don’t fix anyone. I am not a psychotherapist or a counsellor. Given a safe space and the right environment, I believe that anyone can heal themselves.
I have the privilege of creating authentic, magical and deep connections via this amazing medium called touch. I am eternally grateful to clients who book in with me. Without them I wouldn't be able to do what I love.
My goal is to guide each client in expressing their requirements more clearly, speaking their truth, being honest and open; supporting them in walking their talk.
